Inscribed on photo back: Packard 343, third series eight (produced 8/2/1926-7/1/1927), 8-cylinder, 106-horsepower, 143-inch wheelbase, 7-person touring car (body type #290), fitted with owl-ite, located on car's front & adjusted by turning a dash mounted handle, Packard deluxe emblem, side lights & cowl cross bar, dual fender mounted spare tires with fitted covers, windshield wings, sun visor, folding tonneau windshield, step plates mounted on running board, folding trunk rack, trunk fitted with cover, left elevation, top raised, Mr. C.L. Best, photographed in Oakland, Calif.
