North and west facade taken facing southeast; Two story, gable front, Folk House. Full width porch with boxed supports, and hipped roof. Same style entry porch on north facade. Steps at rear to upper apartment. Windows are two lights over two. Asbestos shingle siding. Cement bock foundation.
