Photograph (and 1 copy). Black and white photo showing a view of the Detroit Edison Delray electric power plant, located on W. Jefferson Avenue at Waterman Street. The view shows a grassy field and a small stream in the foreground. A brick power plant building with a water tower and one large exhaust smokestack can be seen in the background. The portion of the plant that is located just beyond the creek is still under construction since no glass has been installed in the window openings. Handwritten text on the verso shows "D177, Taken early 1914, Delray Power Plant."
