105 E. Michigan Ave.; Great Ideas

Notes:
This two story Italianate commercial building is topped with a dentilated cornice. An oriel window and small window with relieving arch fenestrate the second story. A large store front window and recessed entry, typical of the period, make up the first story front facade. There is a modern awning above the store front. An arch was cut in the interior wall between 105 and 107 E. Michigan Avenue in 1954. The opening remains today.
