The record was released by Amron Records with copyright by Abe Olman Music, Inc., New York 19, N. Y. The record label is printed in blue text on a yellow background. The record is stored in a 7" x 7" white paper sleeve that is printed in blue, green, yellow, and black. The cover depicts a truck driver glancing to another trucker in his side view mirror, and contains monochromatic photo inserts of James R. Hoffa and John F. English. The words of the Song of the Teamsters Union are printed on the back.
