White House Special Counsel Gregory Craig defends U.S. President Bill Clinton at the impeachment trial

Description:: Gregory Craig, White House Special Counsel and former U.S. Director of Policy Planning, testifies before Congress explaining why the rules of impeachment should not apply to President Bill Clinton. Craig differentiates between the Criminal Justice System and the Impeachment Process and asserts that these two systems do not overlap.
