The Hardware Merchants float with four pageant queens representing Okemos, Lansing, Haslett, and East Lansing in the Centennial of Transportation Parade on East Michigan Avenue. The Esquire Theater, Murton Opticians, Jim's Cocktail Bar, and Lansing Cafe are all visible in the background. The photo was taken along East Michigan Avenue.
