C.S. Chapman House and Pond

Description:
Charles Sherwin Chapman (1864-1912) built the residence in 1899, just north of Downtown Rochester on the east side of Main Street. It was demolished in 1968. Chapman Pond is also referred to as Chapman Lake. Addressed to Miss Grace Adams of Newburyport, Massachusettes. (RRP-138) see also P-295 Ray Russell Postcard Collection
