Notes:

North and west facades taken facing southeast; One and a half story, side gabled, Craftsman style house. Gabled dormer in center front with a ribbon of windows. Roof extends in unbroken line over porch. Full width porch (now glass enclosed) with square, wood supports resting on solid wood balustrade. Rectangular, shed roof bay on west facade. Windows are three vertical lights over one. Wide overhanging eaves (no exposed rafters or knee bracing). Entrance from west side of porch. Aluminum siding. Concrete block foundation. Shingle roof. Addition to rear. Modern, three car garage at rear.
