Notes:

Elk's Band. B.P.O.E. 48 band on the steps of the Grand Rapids Public Library's Ryerson Building. Uniforms consist of white trousers and dark buttonless jackets with white belts and shoulder straps. Many of the band are holding their instruments and the bass drum is in the center.
