- Abigail Rogers was a pioneer for the school. She and her sister Delia worked to achieve education for women. The school opened in 1855 originally in the State Capitol Building until the school was constructed in 1858. James Turner was also involved in securing funds for the school. Located at the future site of the School for the Blind at the head of West Grand River on North Pine Street. Three copies.

- Franklin Avenue 4th of July celebration in old North Lansing. Franklin Avenue is now known as Grand River Avenue. This picture was taken on the corner of Center Street and Franklin Avenue. Two copies. Originally part of the Edmonds Collection.

- Photograph shows the Lansing street car which turned around at the Abbott Road entrance to Michigan Agricultural College. The interurban cars continued east to MAC Avenue and then north to Burcham Drive and east passing the Pine Lake exit. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection. Image has been hand tinted.
