Signs for shoe repair and jewelry stores are posted on the Sun Building, beside Detroit Edison along State. The edge of the Cadillac Hotel, to the south of Detroit Edison along Washington, is visible along the right edge of frame. Cars, pedestrians, and streetcar rails are visible in the streets below.
