- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; The, smaller of two carriage houses facing E. Henry Street, this one-and-one-half-story frame structure is built inl the Second Empire style in keeping with the main house. It has a slate mansard bracketed roof with dormers and garage door on the south facade.

- South and east facades taken facing northwest; Gable front and wing, Folk Victorian style house. Gable is two stories, and the wing is one and a half story. Front is partially obscurred by evergreens. Partial width porch on wing with wood supports. Two, gabled, wall dormers on wing above porch have Italianate molding. One over one windows with Italianate molding. Two doors off porch. Concrete block foundation. One car, gable front garage at rear.

- North and east facades. Facing southwest.; Greek Revival side-gabled building with return cornices. This six bay frame structure has rectangular massing and sits on a stone foundation. Originally a two story building, a third story was added to the east half of the building. One story wing on east facade has large plate glass windows on three sides and classical molding. Entry to basement level in rear has covered porch. Full front porch with square supports and classical trim added in 1993. Pump house, extractor plant, and storage buildings in the rear.

- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; This two story front-gable Queen Anne-Colonial Revival has a full front porch, cut stone foundation, and a rear wing with solar windows. Fish scale shingles surround a small window in the front gable. The porch with decorative trim appears to be new. The chimney on the north facade is sided with alumunum.

- North and west facades taken facing southeast; One story, hipped roof, Modern, Ranch house. Wide eaves. Narrow side faces the street. Entrance from north facade. Small, rectangular windows set high for privacy. Vertical wood siding accents entry wall. Two story, attached garage at rear.

- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; Frame gable front & wing Folk Victorian house with arched window hoods and cement block foundation. Queen Anne detailing and fish scale trim on the front porch gable. Interior repaired after house was moved from N. Ann Arbor in 1928. Beautiful masonry first-floor ceilings (owner was mason). Floors on this level apparently replaced with narrow boards. New one/two level rear addition being added. When family room (recently) added at rear, kitchen window openings were retained. Upper kitchen cupboards are intact, but lower cupboards and tile flooring replaced. Original floors and oak woodwork on 2nd level. 2nd story rear addition with bedroom and bath. 2nd floor has 3 original bedrooms and added bath. Repairs being made to front porch.

Partial width porch with spindlework supports, frieze, and balustrade. Shed roof on front (east) facade. Windows are one light over one. Stone foundation. Modern siding. Two story addition to rear.

- North and west facades. Facing southeast.; This one story gable front and wing Folk House has a one story flat roof addition which wraps across the front and perpendicular to the wing. There are two one-story additions on the rear. It is sided with aluminum.
