Vertical siding on north (back) facade. Entry door near center of south facade, and is flanked by small windows on both sides. Three sets of modern, roll-out windows, and a corner window on southeast corner of building. Sign on east facade. Aluminum siding.

- South and east facades taken facing northwest; Two story, gable front, Folk House. Symmetrical facade with center entry. Stoop porch with a pediment roof over the door, and wrought iron railings. Windows are four lights over four. Most windows have louvered shutters. Concrete block and stone foundation. One story addition to west facade. One story gabled addition to rear, with a shed roofed addition to it.

- North and east facades taken facing southeast; Two story, painted brick, Italianate cube with a low-pitched, hipped roof. One story, side gabled addition to the south facade. Wide eaves with paired brackets. Windows are four vertical lights over one, with segmental arched lintels and decorative sills. Off-center porch with paired, boxed supports and a wrought iron railing on the roof. Rectangular transome and partial sidelights over wood paneling. Door is glass over panels. Windows on the wing are single pane with lintels and sills that match the original house. Portico roof over door with wood supports. Door is composed of six lights over paneled wood, with glass over wood panel sidelights. One and a half story, gabled addition to rear with four over four windows, and an entry porch. Detached, two car, hipped roof garage with lap sidinq.

- North and west facades taken facing southeast; One and a half story, side gabled, Craftsman style house. Full width porch with stocky, wood supports which rest on solid brick balustrade. Wide, overhanging eaves with triangular knee bracing. Gabled dormer in center front roof with a ribbon of windows. Windows are three vertical lights over one. Lap siding on first story, and wood shingles on second story. Rectangular bay on south facade with a shed roof and exposed rafters. Gable front, single car garage at rear. Double doors swing open.

- South and east facades taken facing northwest; Two and a half story, vernacular, Queen Anne style house. Hipped roof with cross gables. Bay window on first story west facade, with eight lights over panel doors. Large windows on front (south) and east facades. These windows are composed of a large lower pane with a narrow, rectangular window above. The rest of the windows are primarily one light over one. Small paired windows in gables.Partial wrap around porch enclosed. Addition to west rear; one story, flat roof garage added to east rear. Hood roof over east rear entry. Stone foundation. Diamond shaped roof shingles. Aluminum siding. Livery barn behind house.

- West facade taken facing east; south and west; Two story, 71/2-bay, brick Italianate structure. Composed of the Corporation Building (101) and the Wallace Block (103-113), together they make a unified whole. The building fronts the sidewalk, and is set on a slightly raised foundation. Dentillated wood upper cornice with brackets. Second story accentuated by recessed, brick panels; and two windows with flattened arch hoods. There is a second cornice above the street level facade which is composed of a slightly recessed entry, flanked by large display windows. The facade of 101 is different from the rest of the building. The recessed panel on the second story is solid brick. North window is stained glass; vertical lights in the second window topped by copper awnings. Doorway between 101 and 103 leads to second story, with a tall, nine light window above.
