The certificate is signed by organization president Ottmar Eberbach, Charles A. Bugber, James Vernor, George Gundrum, and Stanley E. Pauhill. A red seal of the state of Michigan is affixed to the lower left corner. The certificate also bears the mark of the Calvert Lithograph Company of Detroit.
