- Color postcard depicting the Lighthouse in the Lake in Palmer Park, with the Log Cabin in the background. Printed on verso: Light House, Palmer Park, built on land donated to the city by Ex-Senator Thomas W. Palmer in 1893, and is situated north of the city at the extreme terminal of the Woodward-Ave. car line, is one of the city's favorite breathing spots. Its centre piece is a log cabin which is an exact reproduction of the home in which Senator Palmer resided when Detroit was little more than a trading post. - Color postcard depicting an elevated view of Grand Circus Park at night, facing southwest. The David Whitney Building, Hotel Statler, Hotel Tuller, and Kresge Building, are in view. A fountain is in the foreground and many cars are on Adams Street. Printed on verso: View of Grand Circus Park, showing Pingree and Maybury Monuments, Central M. E. Church and Y.M.C.A. building. This park is the oldest of Detroit's recreation grounds and is situated in the heart of the city through which runs the famous Woodward avenue. This park was set aside by the city 1854 and is enjoyed by thousands in summer on account of its magnificent shade trees. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jul 24, 1919.

Gladwin Park is located out Jefferson Avenue and consists of 75 acres of fine floral display and Lakes. It is a source of Detroit's water supply.
