- Sepia-toned photograph of progress made in the construction of Eagle Boat No. 44 within building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex, as taken from above its starboard bow. Workers on ladders and perched atop pieces of the frame position the framing near the bow, as an overhead crane lowers the bulkheads into place near the stern. Another Eagle Boat is under construction in the background. Shelves and crates of materials are in the adjacent aisle on the left, and coat racks, shelves, and piles of materials are along the wall on the right. "#44 9:32 A.M. 25863-2-20-19," is printed in the lower left corner of the recto. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.

Times and fares are listed for the Detroit United Railway's Flint Division, Orchard Lake Division, Pontiac Division, and Wyandotte Division; the Rapid Railway System and its Shore Line Division; the Detroit Monroe and Toledo Short Line Railway; the Tecumseh, Windsor, Sandwich and Amherstburg Railway; the Detroit, Jackson and Chicago Railway; the Lake Shore Electric Railway; and the Jackson, Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Division of Michigan United Railways. A green illustration of a interurban streetcar traveling at night with a city in the background is on the cover. Advertisements, most prominently for hotels, are also contained within.

- One copy of a lease agreement, dated 8 December 1870, made between Arouet Richmond, Benjamin B. Richmond, and Frederick H. A. Backus of Detroit, parties of the first part and Adolph Freund, Gustavus Kast, and Frederick Ruehle of Detroit, parties of the second part. The agreement is printed in black text on both sides of a bi-fold sheet of white paper. Blank lines have been completed in handwritten black text. The text indicated that the parties of the first part were leasing rooms in a building located at 185 Jefferson Avenue, to the parties of the second part for two years for a total amount of $2000.00. All parties have signed their names at the end of the lease agreement in the presence of two witnesses, "N. North Nay" and "Frank A. Gaylord."

A list of guests and members of the club is on the back cover.
