- Color postcard depicting Woodward Avenue from Jefferson Avenue, facing north. In the background is the Pontchartrain Hotel. Signs read "Queen Anne Soap", "Hotel Wilson", "Hats, Shirts", "Sanitol", and "Avenue Theatre, Vaudeville Extravaganza". Printed on verso: Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Mich. Woodward Avenue enjoys the unusual distinction of being both Detroit's leading business and residence street. It is named in honor of Judge Woodward, one of Detroit's foremost citizens in the pioneer days, and stretches approximately north and south. At its foot are the ferry docks where boats leave regularly for Windsor, Ont., Belle Isle and Bois Blanc Island. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Mar 18, 1913.

- Sepia-toned photo of ten firemen who are getting dressed after being roused by a night alarm. The fire station sleeping quarters (with beds) can be seen in the background. Handwriting on the verso notes, "511 W. Hilldale, Det. 3, Agnes Cooney" and also "Chief Martin Cooney, Supt. of Horses,1895." The name of the photo studio, "John Forster & Son," is stamped in blue ink on the verso.

- One copyright registration, "No. 90 I," dated January 3, 1878, issued by the "Library of Congress, Copyright Office, Washington." The registration form is printed in black text on white paper and includes blank lines that have been completed in handwritten black ink text. It indicates that a copyright was issued to the Richmond & Backus Company of Detroit for a "Book or Form" which is described in more specific detail in handwritten text. The registration form was signed in the lower right corner by "A. R. [Ainsworth Rand] Spofford, Librarian of Congress." An oval-shaped embossed seal of the Copyright Office is located in the upper left corner of the form.

- Trade card from the Michigan Stove Company advertising Garland Stoves and Ranges. A lithograph on the recto, attributed to "Chas. Shields Sons 20 & 22 Gold St N.Y," depicts a trio of yelling young boys on a sled as they are about to collide with a scowling man holding a basket on top of his head with his right arm and another basket, full of eggs, on his left arm. The phrase "Buy Garland Stoves and Ranges" is printed on the top left of the recto. On the verso is an early Garland Stoves and Ranges logo with a stamp below it that reads "Sold by Toepel Bros, 180 Gratiot Ave".
