- One power of attorney agreement, dated 19 June 1866, where Arouet Richmond, Benjamin B. Richmond, and Frederick H. A. Backus of Richmond & Backus of Detroit appointed "A. Lubnoth" of New York City to act a a lawful attorney on their behalf. All parties have signed their names at the end of the agreement in the presence of two witnesses, "R. C. Sm--h" and "E. V. C----" [both illegible]. An embossed "Seal of the Circuit Court of Wayne County, Michigan," is located near the lower left corner of the page.

- One drawing entitled "Preliminary Lines for U. S. Fish Com. Str. [Steamer], Drawing No. 2." The drawing is done in black ink on linen and shows plan, profile, and section views of the hull lines for the proposed wooden-hulled tugboat. The drawing was prepared by the Craig Ship Building Company of Toledo, Ohio. It is shown at a scale of 1/2 inch = 1 foot and is dated December 23, 1890. Handwritten text within a black ink stamp near the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 46-S5-0-1, Tube No. 1."

- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation of Residence to Be Erected on Center Ave., Bay City, Mich., by Mr. George Kolb." The drawing (Job 256) consists of red and black ink on linen and shows a view of the front of a proposed 3-story home. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The house is located on the north side of Center Avenue just west of Trumbull Street.
