- Pricelist, printed on paper, for Bloomgarden and Ellenstein Wholesale Fruits and Produce, dated August 22nd, 1894. The front cover features the header "Quotations," followed by the logo for Bloomgarden and Ellenstein. Underneath the logo and company name is a list of fruits and produce, including peaches, pears, plums, grapes, apples, and melons. The Office and Warehouse location is listed as "44 Griswold Street Detroit Michigan." Text underneath the address reads "These quotations are issued in the interest of shippers of all kinds of fruit with prices made from actual sales on day of issue, which date will be found on the next page." At the bottom of the cover is text reading "References: Peoples Savings Bank Detroit. Dun's and Bradstreets Mercantile Agency. Any Jobbing House in Detroit." The back cover features a note from Bloomgard and Ellenstein reading as follows: "We will breifly [sic] state that this season we consider ourselves in a position to handle your shipments with the best results obtainable. Our location being prominent with easy access to all railroad and boat lines and at the entrance of our main market street where all dealers in this line must pass the secret of heavy sales is to have heavy receipts which will all ways bring the best prices. To obtain these results for your benefit as well as our own we suggest that you make good shipments every day as prices will naturally vary and in having your shipments on the market regular you are sure to catch the high prices when they come which is enough invariably to more than cover any difference in low prices which may chance to take place. Look to us for your success this season and you will be pleased with our judgment and system of doing business. Truly yours Bloomgarden and Ellenstein" The interior page contains the price list, listing fruits and produce such as apples, peaches, plums, pears, grapes, huckleberries, blackberries, and muskmelons, with prices per barrel, bushel, pound, and crate. It also contains a note of advice from Bloomgarden and Ellenstein reading as follows: "We advise you to ship regular each day, by so doing we can assure you of good results as we will keep you posted on prices and make returns every day. Our quotations are always reliable and made from actual sales, you will always find our system perfect. And promptness our motto. If you ship car lots wire at our expense for market. Picard of Troy, New York, and text advertising that the Norway model is the "new elevated oven cook stove for 1869" while the Cultivator model is the "same stove as the Norway, with Pipe Back."

- Booklet containing the Ninth Annual Report of the Commissioners of Parks and Boulevards to the Common Council of the City of Detroit from July 1, 1897 to June 30, 1898. The report contains information concerning the physical and financial states of various Detroit parks, including Belle Isle, Clark Park, Palmer Park, and Grand Circus Park, in addition to photographs and illustrations of scenes from various parks. This particular copy contains an insert affixed to the title page reading "To David Parsons: Compliments of... Edw. C. Van Lewyen. Commissioner."

- "Number 20, Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. First Mortgage, 5 Per Cent, $5000 Registered Gold Bond" (20 of 30). The bond is printed in printed in red, green, and black ink on white paper that is watermarked "Broun-Green Beaver Bond." It has a decorative engraved green border with engraved images at the top that depict Lady Liberty and other figures that represent American industry and a bountiful harvest. Black, Old-English style text shows the company name, "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co." and lists the terms of the bond issuance and repayment. The bond has been signed by "Harris T. Dunbar, President," and "Frederick C. Slee, Secretary," and is dated March 15, 1904. The 20-year bonds were due for repayment on March 15, 1924. A round, embossed company seal is located near the lower left corner of the bond. The verso contains blank spaces which have handwritten text that show the date and name in whom the bond was registered along with the signature of the company Treasurer. Other handwritten text and notes showed subsequent bond ownership reassignments with signatures.

- Color postcard depicting the Casino on Belle Isle, with Lake Tacoma in the foreground. Printed on verso: Casino, Belle Isle. - Detroit's principal recreation spot, is an island in the Detroit river connected with the city by a bridge, 8 feet less than half a mile in length. It comprises 702 acres, is over two miles long and boasts of over 20 miles of fine macadam roadway, which completely circles and frequently intersects it. A fine zoo, aquarium, horticultural building, swimming and skating pavilions, casino and boat livery are in connection. The city has expended over $1,500,000 on it since its purchase in 1879. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked May 17, 1912.
