Printed on verso: The Schiller Monument on Belle Isle in one of the most imposing structures to be found on this beautiful recreation spot. This monument was erected in 1907 by patriotic citizens of Detroit in memory of this fames poet. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Nov 1911.

- Postcard. Postcard depicting an illustration of the Book Building and Tower. Front reads, "Book Building and Tower, Detroit, Mich." Back reads, "Book Building and Tower, Detroit, Mich. Is located at Washington Boulevard and Grand River Avenue in the heart of the hotel and shopping district. The Book Building and Tower is the tallest building in Michigan, 475 feet above grade, 36 stories and contains 900 offices and 70 shops." The Curt Teich logo is printed on the verso.

Printed on verso: Harbor, Detroit, Mich. More boats pass this city than any other port in the world. It is estimated that more than 11,000,000 passengers were carried from this port in 1912. The white boats in the harbor are excursion steamers, the finest of their kind in the world. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jun 5, 1915.

- Postcard. One color postcard entitled "Reflector Top." The postcard was an informational warning to dealers of the Garland Stoves and Ranges that were produced by the Michigan Stove Company. The text noted that a competitor had infringed upon their patented "reflector top" design and that this competitor was in contempt of court. In addition, the text advised exisiting stove dealers not to sell the competing/infringing stove model since the dealer would "simply be buying a lawsuit." The estimated date of the postcard is based upon the postmark.
