- One set of architectural drawings of a residential house. The drawings (Job 276) consist of brown and black ink on linen and shows a 3-story, residential house. Some brown pencil shading has also been added in order to highlight the architectural features. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for the "Roney Land Company." The house is located on Hawthorne Road near Lake Shore Boulevard.

Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The house is located on the north side of Center Avenue just west of Trumbull Street.

The house was located at the southeast corner of Euclid and Third Avenues in Detroit.
