- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 261) consists of black ink on linen and shows a front elevation view and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 2-story house. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for "Mr. H. P. Minsel, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. A black ink stamp in the upper right corner shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Jul. 14, 1915. Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, By H. C. Slater." The house was located at the southeast corner of Euclid and Third Avenues in Detroit.

Peter Minsel for a Brick Veneered and Stucco Residence Located on the Rear of the Lot at the Southeast Corner of West Euclid and Third Avenues, Detroit, Michigan.." The specifications (Job 261, Set No. 1) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy tan paper and includes typewritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 60 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.
