Smith talks fondly about her family, her job in REO's Human Resources Department, and her retirement after a forty-two year career. She looks through a scrapbook with the interviewers, identifying managers and coworkers and talks about the REO Clubhouse, movies, and caring for her thirteen siblings. The interviewers are Shirley Bradley and Lisa Fine. Recorded as part of the REO Memories oral history project.
