- Notes:
- The Ives & Volkers service station was located at 770 Lafayette NE in the Belknap/Lookout neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The gas station operated from 1929 until 1953, when it became John and Leo's. By 1964, the name was changed to Leo and Ed' and it remained a fixture in the Grand Rapids automobile repair scene for over 40 years.

On the outside of the building is "River Road" and on the window is a sign "----ock Park State Bank," concluding that this may be a picture of Comstock Park. Also includes C. D. Campbell's Lumber Office and Morrissey Farm and Orchard Supply, and the last few letters of the second floor meeting hall, "-----ell's Hall," may be Stovell's or Stowell's Hall.
