The order form for the photograph indicates that it was ordered by Sam Fletcher, of Fletcher's, a clothing store at 118 Ottawa NW. A man in the middle on a bicycle that holds an envelope from Fletcher's. A women on a bicycle is also holding a Fletcher envelope.
