- D. M. Ferry and Company invoice for the McCammon Investment Company of McCammon, Idaho, recording a balance due of $32.08, for the 1909 season, dated November 29, 1909. The "Pd," has been added in pencil in the ledger field. The invoice is printed on company letterhead, and is signed "D.M. Ferry & Co." at the bottom.

- D.M. Ferry and Company receipt from a box of seeds, plus packages of late cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi seeds, totaling $43.20, sold to Mr. C. Schaaf of Augusta, Missouri on December 16, 1876. "On sale," is noted in a field marked "terms," and "Less comm[ission]," has been noted beneath the list of goods. The receipt is printed with a company header that includes an engraving of a woman in Native American costume standing with her hand on her chest above a woman who is kneeling while gathering grains with a sickle.

Ferry and Company Memorandum of Shipment, dated December 5, 1910, for one box of Standard Garden Seeds sent to Suttle and Jones Company of Felix, Alabama shipped care of "So Rr," presumably the Southern Railroad, Birmingham to Selma. The form states that freight charges are prepaid for the Detroit to Birmingham leg of the trip. "The best is always the cheapest,--plant Ferry's," is printed at the bottom.

- Typewritten letter from Dexter M. Ferry to the Detroit Safe Company thanking them for the durability of four large fire-proof safes which protected their contents from a fire, lasting five or six days, which claimed the D.M. Ferry and Company seed warehouse. The letter is dated January 8, 1886, and is printed on D.M. Ferry and Company letterhead, listing company executives, and printed by the Calvert Lithograph Company.

Winn and Company of Fort Union, Virginia on January 16, 1894 stating that a box of garden seeds has been sent care of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway to Lynchburg via Bremo Bluff, Virginia. The form states that freight has been paid for the Detroit to Lynchburg leg, but local railroad charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
