John and Bertha Krieger and their son Harold and his wife Ruby farmed this land, where they raised cattle among other things. The majority of the material is tax receipts on the property. A small account ledger used by John T. Krieger, as well as a diary and a receipt book are in the collection. Also included are records of incorporation and early programs from the Delta Free Fair, founded by Harold Krieger and others, and information about a cooperative effort between Harold Krieger and the Michigan State College on calf breeding.

- A small purple cloth-bound autograph album with silver embossing on the cover, owned by Angie Lazelle of Delta Center, Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Most of the autographs and notes from friends and family date from the early 1880s. Inside the front cover is written "A Christmas present by my mother." On several of the pages, Angie has written in updates on marriage or other life events for the people who signed the book. There are also quotations and poetry copied in as well as what seems to be handwriting practice on some of the pages. Angie Lazelle married Albert E. Parsons on August 1, 1888.
