- Located on the southwest corner of South Washington Avenue and West Washtenaw Street. The Knapp's building was "Knapp's Office Centre" from the 1980s to about 2000. The use of South Washington Avenue for parking ended in 1989.

- Kresge at 216 and show store at 214 South Washington Avenue. From directly across South Washington Avenue. To the rear looms the Masonic Temple that faces South Capitol Avenue. It appears the trimming was intended to mate the photo with 2015-06-003.V7.045 although the perspectives are different enough to make the Masonic Temple in the background appear twice if these photos were actually composited.

Beyond it are Linn & Owen Jewelers at 121, Sibyl Hats at 123, and Jon Anthony flowers ar 127 West Washtenaw Street. - Seen from Michigan Avenue East. Looking north, W. T. Grant and the Tussing Building are seen on the west side of North Washington Avenue. The rounded roofline of the Mead Hall is seen on the east side of the block. Many people are on the sidewalks. The view also shows the east side of South Washington Avenue for the next several blocks to Arbaugh's at 401-425 South Washington Avenue.
