- One architectural drawing entitled "Addition to Hospital, Fort Wayne, Michigan. Major P. G. Wales, Surgeon, U.S. Army. March, 1907." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a side elevation view of the proposed addition. The four-story building was to be constructed of brick and stone with wood trim and a slate roof. Building height dimensions are given at the right side of the drawing which is shown at a scale of 1 inch = 8 feet. Printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bldg. #209" and "P. E. File Nr. 4918."

- Color postcard depicting Officers' Row at Fort Wayne with three children on the sidewalk and several large trees. Printed on verso: Officers' Row, Fort Wayne. Situated inside the limits of Detroit, on the banks of the river, is historic Fort Wayne, one of the regular posts of the United States army. A portion of the fortifications dates back to the territorial days, including the old barracks and a winding maze of subterranean passages leading to the magazine. The officers' quarters face the parade ground, which slopes down to the river. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Nov 24, 1912.

- One blueprint entitled "Plat of United States Purchase." The blueprint shows a description and survey drawing for a rectangular parcel of land located on the American side of the Detroit River and part of Claim No. 32 that was patented by Henry Berthelette on November 2, 1832. The parcel description is signed, "S. W. Updike, Dep. Reg." with the land area being approximately 23 acres in size and covering the eastern one-third of the Fort Wayne property. A note near the lower left corner shows "Engineer Department 14 June 1842. Rec'd with Lieut. Meigs letter of 6 inst."

- Print containing three engravings, taken from the booklet, Souvenir of Detroit & Exposition, depicting locations in Detroit. At the top is the entrance to Fort Wayne, with a lone figure standing in the gate, and the roof of the barracks visible over the wall. The next panel down shows the officers' quarters of Fort Wayne. The housing along officers' row is at the left, the parade ground is on the right, and Gibbs Street runs along the center, where several figures are walking. In the next row down are two smaller images--the Centre Park Library, and Capitol High School. The bottom row again contains two images--the Thompson Home for Old Ladies on Cass Avenue, and the Home for the Friendless on Warren Avenue.

The drawing consists of red and black ink on linen and shows a floor plan of the Quartermaster's Office. The drawing includes the layout of furniture in the various rooms as well as light fixture and radiator locations. The drawing is shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated April, 1907. Printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bldg. #205" and "P. E. File Nr. 4691."

- Black and white copy of a photograph of a building at Fort Wayne, likely taken in the 1880s. A man in uniform can be seen standing on the porch. A stamp on the verso reads "Credit Line Quartermaster General photo no. 92-F-77-8 in the National Archives." A handwritten caption on the verso reads "Administration Building on Map #22 Michigan (#29) Built pre-1881 Photo taken probably 1880s Demolished," indicating that the building pictured is no longer standing.

- One mylar copy of a map entitled, "Tracing from a Map of Springwells by Lieuts. Macomb & Warner, T.E. [Topographical Engineers], 1841, with the Addition of Outlines of Fort Wayne and Public Grounds, Sept., 1865." A signature beneath the title shows "December 12, 1865, (Sd) [Signed] T. J. Cram, Col. Corps Eng'rs." The map shows the existing topography along the Detroit River from the River Rouge to about 2 miles upstream from Fort Wayne. Several roads are shown including Main Road (now Jefferson Avenue), Wood Road, and Fort Street. Also, several mounded areas are shown in the vicinity of the fort which may be the Indian Mounds that were known to exist in the Delray area of Springwells Township. A small portion of the Canadian side of the Detroit River is shown in the area of Sandwich (Windsor), Ontario. A note in the lower right corner area of the map shows the scale as "1 Foot to a Mile" or 1:5,280.
