Within are charts, and graphs detailing the operations of the Public Lighting Commission for the fiscal year spanning from July 1, 1914 to June 30, 1915. Also included are a fold-out plan of the Public Lighting Plant on Atwater Street, which omits the proposed storefront space, a picture of McGraw Avenue east of Grand River well lit at midnight, and a fold-out chart of expenses from 1901 to 1915.
