- Albert A. Carroll, Superintendent of police and Tony Luyk, seated. Mr. Carroll stands behind a heavy, leather padded office chair in which is seated a Boy Scout with 12 Merit Badges. Mr. Carroll appears considerably older than in image no. 297. He is wearing a dark three-piece suit, with high white collar and tie. On the desk in front of the boy are some papers, a telephone, and some kind of microphone. On the wall behind the two subjects are two framed certificates. The wall itself is decorated with textured plaster.
