Many people walk or stand outside the power house on the ice. Several faint letters on the front of the photo mat may be the stamp of photographer Fred J. Wagenvoord, who created a souvenir book of similar photographs from the 1904 flood. The name "John Allen" is written on the back in pencil. Gift of Janice Bedford Nagele.
