Printed on verso: The Washington Arcade Building - On Woodward Avenue near Grand Circus Park is one of the many handsome office structures to be found in this part of the city. It extends from Woodward Avenue through to Washington Boulevard and was erected by Frank J. Hecker in 1901. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Mar 10, 1910.
