- Color postcard depicting the Wayne County Building from cadilac Square, with trees in the foreground. Printed on verso: The Wayne County Building on Randolph Street, between Fort and Congress, was first occupied by the administrative offices July 1st 1902. The buildings and furniture represent an outlay of $1,650,000 and the side cost the county $550,000. The building fronts on Cadillac Square, and the gilded dome is easily discernible from almost any part of the city. Postmarked 1911.
