Description:
Sepia-toned photograph taken of the exterior of the saloon belonging to Charles Abbs at 23 Woodward Avenue, as well as the adjacent building containing another saloon belonging to H.W. Mosier, as taken from the east side of Woodward Avenue, south of Atwater Street. Both are decorated for Cadillaqua. Flags and patriotic banners have been hung on the buildings, and a sign reading, "Welcome Cadillaqua Visitors," has been hung from the awning above Mosier's storefront. Part of the J.T. Wing and Company building is visible on the left side of the frame. Several pedestrians are on the sidewalk in front of the businesses. The streets in the foreground are paved with bricks, and contain streetcar rails. "Celebration cadillaqua week." has been typewritten along the top of the photo, and "Father's place of business," has been handwritten in pencil along the bottom edge.

Description:
Monochromatic glass plate negative taken of the launch of the Pittsburgh Steamship Company freighter HARVARD on the grounds of the Detroit Ship Building Company, as taken from off of its port quarter. The freighter has been side-launched into a slip, and water splashed from beneath it. A group of people brace themselves on board the freighter near its stern. A group of spectators watch from the scaffolding beside the slip, and below near the edge of the slip.

Photograph. Sepia-toned photo of the Lonyo Road Sewer under construction which was located adjacent to the M.C.R.R. tracks. Handwritten text on the upper and lower edges of the photo shows "Lonyo Road Sewer before cave in" and "Detroit, Sept., 1919." The view shows a wide, excavated trench in the foreground along with track-mounted steel forms for constructing a large, double-barrel cast-in-place concrete sewer.
