- Black and white photograph made from a glass plate negative that depicts the west side of Woodward Avenue from Columbia looking toward Montcalm Street. Pedestrians are visible on the sidewalk and in the avenue, and a man sweeps in the street. Horse carriages are also visible. Many businesses are adjacent to Woodward Avenue including Farrells Furs, Chas. Trickery Grocery, O'Neill Hoffner Washington Market, La Childs Restaurant, and in the distance is the Elliott Taylor Woolfenden Company. Written on the verso: "Woodward, west side from Columbia, to Montcalm looking North, May 1910."
