Graf von Schwerin, the camp commandant, stands to the left in the white uniform, while Graf von Taube, in charge of administrative affairs, stands in the center. British internees stand behind the officers.

- This is an interesting view of the non-commissioned officers' quarters at Goettingen. Two French prisoners of war at the table play chess. The room is decorated with photographs and pictures, and the occupants have access to a number of books as well.

- This color poster advertises the Dottyville Pierrot Troupe for their September 18, 1918 performance at the prison camp at Kedos. Prisoners performed in the pierrot show which featured pantomime and comedy acts.

- Indian troops sit amid the shelled out ruins of the bazaar on the river front at Kut-al-Amara. The Turks encircled the city and starved the British force into submission. A British relief column was unable to reach the garrison and end the siege.

- Fire damage to the interior of Koopsen's Paint and Wallpaper Company (also called Koopsen's Total Decorating Center) on the corner of Water Street and North Kalamazoo Mall, 222 N. Burdick. Damage includes a fallen ceiling grid, melted paint cans, and scorched paint and equipment. Koopsen's was opened by Albert Koopsen in 1935 and remained in its downtown location until its closing in 2002.

- Nazi Propaganda leaflet dropped on fighting American soldiers. The image of the young daughter on the front pleads to fighting American soldiers who are fathers. The back includes a poem that tells how sad the children and wives are at home while their fathers and husbands are off fighting.
