- Photograph of the Library and Science Building on Prospect Hill, East Campus, Western Michigan University. In the foreground is the Barracks along Michigan Avenue. On the right is the front of the Men’s Gym (later Vandercook Hall). The Library (later named North Hall) was built in 1924. The Science Building opened in 1915 and later was renamed West Hall. Later, East Campus was known as Historic East Campus.

In the background, wood working equipment hangs from the wall. The student projects were a part of M. Sherwood’s woodworking class, part of the Manual Training curriculum.

- Liturgy O.C.S.O. was published by Gethsemani Abbey, Trappist, KY and edited by Father Chrysogonus Waddell from 1966-1999. The journal (at that time a newsletter) began after September 1965 meeting of the Liturgy Commission of the Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance to report progress in liturgical renewal after Vatican II.
