Three figures are on the main deck, another stands at the stern, and a fifth is inside of a cowl vent adjacent to the smokestack. A tree-lined shoreline is visible in the background. The image is captioned with the date, 1915. The non-archival envelope which previously housed the plate included the following hand-written details: JACOB T KOPP 204.815 renamed G.N. The drawing consists of red and black ink on linen and shows plan and profile views of the cargo door hinge straps for the proposed vessel. The drawing scale is not shown and the sheet is dated April, 12, 1894. Handwritten text within a blue stamp in the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 66-S16-2-4, Tube No. 2."

- Black and white copy of photo of the first Gold Cup Race in 1904. Picture is marked on the bottom margin "The start for the American Power Boat Association Cup--Standard, Water Lily, and Fiat." The race was held on the Hudson River in June of 1904.

- Silent 16mm film beginning with black and white c. 1928 Detroit News newsreel footage of Michigan State Pharmaceutical Association members disembarking from the excursion boat TASHMOO (continued from the end of reel 2015.011.022), followed by color footage of the launch of the EDMUND FITZGERALD on June 7, 1958, and then c. 1962 black and white footage of the Wyandotte Transportation Company freighter WYANDOTTE, the laker SNEATON, and the American Steamship Company freighter ADAM E. CORNELIUS as shot from a beach. The EDMUND FITZGERALD footage captures workers hammering the supports beneath the freighter in preparation for it's launch, and the crowds gathered at Great Lakes Engineering Works. The launch is filmed from an elevated position above the center of the slip into which the freighter slides. An Allied Film Laboratory logo appears at the beginning of the reel.

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Main Saloon, Str. [Steamer] 'City of Detroit'." The drawing shows the main stairway that connects three levels of the Main Saloon in the passenger steamship, SS City of Detroit III. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by "Louis O. Keil, Interior Designer, Detroit, Mich.," and was dated July 10, 1911.

- One blueprint drawing entitled, "Stem for S.S. [Steamship] No. 7." The drawing shows profile and cross-section views of the cast iron stem section for the proposed steamship, William Chisholm. The drawing was prepared by the Globe Iron Works of Cleveland, Ohio, at a scale of 1 inch = 1 foot and is dated January 5, 1884.

- One navigational chart entitled, "St. Clair River Including Foot of Lake Huron and St. Clair Flats Canal," that was compiled and published by the U. S. Lake Survey (War Department, Corps of Engineers). The chart is drawn at a scale of 1:40,000 and shows the St. Clair River from the lower end of Lake Huron to the St. Clair Flats. Land areas are shown in pale yellow. Lake areas are shown in white and light blue. Distances are given in statute miles. Soundings for lake depths are given in feet. Lines of latitude and longitude are shown in black. Lighthouses and buoys are also noted.
