This is a joke certificate which contains a menu and lists of officers, directors, and committee members, for the Annual Banquet, National Automobile Chamber of Commerce. The banquet was held at the Waldorf-Astoria, in New York City, January 4, 1916. At the time, R. E. Olds was one of the Directors of the NACC.
