The wing has a full front porch supported by round columns on a molded cement block base and is fenestrated with double windows. There is a shed roof addition on the rear. - North facade. Facing south.; Three story masonry commercial building with original painted Italianate features. Crown window hoods top a double row of windows separated by capped brick pilasters on the second and third levels. A bracked cornice tops brick pilasters on the first level. The recessed entry with broad expanse of plate glass windows is adorned by fluted Corinthian pilasters, and has a transom above the door. There is an interior opening which connects 103 and 105 W. Michigan.

- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; Two-and-one-half-story frame cross gable Queen Anne house with wrap around porch. Typical of the free classic subtype, the house has fully pedimented gables adorned with shingles, and classic columns supporting the porch. One story porch on rear.

Windows are two lights over two, and one over one. Addition to rear. Aluminum siding. One car, gable front, wood garage at rear.

- North and east facades taken facing southwest; Two and a half story, front gabled, Queen Anne with free classic detailing. Fully pedimented gable end contains a Palladian window. Gables accentuated with alternating rows of fishscale and diamond shingles. Side gables have square windows rather than Palladian. Exposed rafters beneath eaves on roof and gables. Porch roof has dentil molding beneath. Full width porch has a flat roof, and a spindlework balustrade. Round, column porch supports (three lonic) rest on low, molded concrete block piers. Bay windows on front (east) and north facades. One over one windows, many in pairs. Side entry on north facade with shed roof and spindlework supports. One story addition to rear. Molded concrete foundation.

One story addition to north facade. Windows are one light over one. Aluminum siding. Stone foundation. Two story livery barn at rear.

Facing northeast.; This two story gable end Folk house is reminiscent of the I-House which emerged after the advent of the railroad, although it could not be determined if this house is one room deep as is typical of the I-House. The fenestration is unusual in that the six front bays are asymmetrical, with an offset front porch.There is a shed roof addition on the back, and a flat roof garage attached to the east facade. The house has aluminum siding, a center chimney on the ridgeline, and a plastered over foundation
