- South and east facades taken facing northwest; Two and a half story, cross gabled, Queen Anne style house. Half timbering on front wall dormer, and upper bay area. Wood shingles on second story, and stucco on lower story.Two story bay on front (east) facade. The first story bay is wood, and the second story bay is rectangular, half timbered and topped with a half timbered gable. Most windows are twelve lights over one. Two story bay on the south facade. Hipped roof porch projects from the line of the house. Boxed wood supports rest on solid brick balustrade. Solid brackets stretch between the supports. Smaller porch on south facade with similar detailing. Oriel window on north facade. Sleeping porch on rear. Livery barn at rear.

- South and west facades taken facing northeast; Two story, gable front and wing, vernacular Gothic Revival style house. Steeply pitched roof. Wall dormer in center front of wing. Wrap around porch with tapered wood supports resting on brick piers, and plain wood balustrade. (Porch detailing similar to 316). Two over two windows. Gothic Revival, molded wood lintels and surrounds over most windows. One and a half story addition to rear. Clapboard siding.

- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; This one-and -one-half story gable front Craftsman style house has an enclosed front porch, overhang roof, and aluminum siding. There is an open porch on the south facade and detached garage.

- North and east facades taken facing southeast; Two story, painted brick, Italianate cube with a low-pitched, hipped roof. One story, side gabled addition to the south facade. Wide eaves with paired brackets. Windows are four vertical lights over one, with segmental arched lintels and decorative sills. Off-center porch with paired, boxed supports and a wrought iron railing on the roof. Rectangular transome and partial sidelights over wood paneling. Door is glass over panels. Windows on the wing are single pane with lintels and sills that match the original house. Portico roof over door with wood supports. Door is composed of six lights over paneled wood, with glass over wood panel sidelights. One and a half story, gabled addition to rear with four over four windows, and an entry porch. Detached, two car, hipped roof garage with lap sidinq.

- South and west facades taken facing northeast; Two and a half story, crossed gabled, Queen Anne style house. Two story cutaway bay on front (west) facade has decorative corner brackets. South facade gable projection also has corner brackets. Windows are one over one with molded wood lintels and sills. Wrap around porch has round column supports which rest on brick piers, and has a plain wood balustrade. Entry porch on north rear has spindlework supports, balustrade, railings, and frieze, and two sets of steps. Two story, mansard roof addition to rear. Front porch has brick foundation, and the house has stone foundation. Two car garage faces East Bennett. Gable front with flat, half-timbering decoration on garage doors.
