- North and west facades. Facing southeast.; One story wood frame Folk Victorian building with steeply pitched gable roof. The wide eave overhang is supported by wooden brackets. The exterior walls are vertical board and batten. The west end of the building contains a small office/waiting room area. The north side of the building contains a ramp which provides access to the freight warehouse. The building is currently undergoing restoration.

Full width porch with shingled supports, and spindlework balustrade. Three window bay on south facade. Windows are one light over one. One story addition to south rear. Stone foundation. Small oval topped window on north facade. Modern siding. Two car garage at rear.

Most windows are one light over one. Gable front windows are four lights over four. Diamond shaped shingle roof. Stone foundation. One story addition to rear.

- North and east facades taken facing southwest; Two story, gable front and wing, Folk House. Porch across wing section. Solid brick balustrade on porch and square, wood supports. Most windows are four over four lights. Two smaller windows over porch are made up of six lights, two over four. Shutters to windows on front facade. Additions to rear, one appears to be close to the same age as the house, because it has the same stone foundation. Barn at rear.

- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; This two- story Dutch Colonial Revival house has its ridge line facing the street with gambrels on the sides.The first level is clapboard, and the second shingle, reminisant of the earlier Shingle style. Two shed dormers front the overhang roof. There is a pedimented entry porch on the front, and door with entry porch on the west facade. The south facade has a one story enclosed porch with ribbon windows.

- North facade. Facing south.; Three story masonry commercial building with original painted Italianate features. Crown window hoods top a double row of windows separated by capped brick pilasters on the second and third levels. A bracked cornice tops brick pilasters on the first level. The recessed entry with broad expanse of plate glass windows is adorned by fluted Corinthian pilasters, and has a transom above the door. There is an interior opening which connects 103 and 105 W. Michigan.

- West and south facades.; Large frame gambrel roof agricultural barn with sliding doors in west facade.

- North and east facades taken facing southwest; Side gabled, Colonial Revival style house. Two story side gabled section to west, with a one and a half story wing to the east. Wing has a gabled dormer in the center front, and a full width porch that is now enclosed. The north and east facades have identical rectangular bays on the first story. Each bay has a large single pane window with a narrow rectangular multipane, stained glass window above, and an area of decorative wood paneling above that. Remaining windows are primarily three vertical panes over one. Two and a half car, shed roof garage at rear.
