- South and east facades. Facing northwest; Gable end Craftsman style house has shingled front wall dormer with bracketed gable and four ribbon windows. The full front porch is supported by square piers on a raised frame base. It appears to have been partially enclosed and one end extended at a later date. The east facade has a boxed bay window with shed roof. Detached two car garage.

- West and south facades taken facing northeast; Two story, gambrel roof, wood barn with a metal roof. Sliding door, and entrance door on the west facade. South facade features three small, windows on the first level, with a large swing-open door above, and a large window in the gambrel peak. One and a half story, shed roof addition to the rear (north) facade. Large, white, door on shed addition.

Facing northwest.; This gable front Greek Revival house has an enclosed one story addition on the front which wraps around perpendicular to the south facade where it is partially open. The original house is sided with horizontal pink aluminum, and the addition has a verticle aluminum siding. There are exterior stairs to the second level in the rear. Stone foundation.

Facing northeast.; This one story brick commercial building has a corner entry with store front facing Michigan Avenue.The large plate glass window in the front facade is original, but during a l992 refurbishing a new wood door covered by an awning was installed in the corner entry. This building was a two story Italianate structure with tripartite corner bay window on the second level prior to a fire in 1957.

- North and west facades taken facing southeast.; Two and a half story, vernacular, Queen Anne style house. Hipped roof with lower cross gables. Wrap around porch with wrought iron supports, balustrade, and railing. Diamond shaped window on second story above front door. Two story cutaway bay on west facade. Large one over one window on front (north) facade. Addition in process of being constructed to rear of house. Stone foundation, diamond-shaped shingle roof. Aluminum siding. Two story barn at rear.

Bay windows on upper and lower front (east) facades. Wood shingles in gambrel peaks. Windows are one light over one. Oval glass and wood door. Carport on south facade. Asbestos shingle siding. Three car, flat roofed garage at rear.

Full width porch has short, support piers with sloping sides resting on solid wood balustrade. Gabled dormer in center front roof. Wide, overhanging eaves with triangular knee bracing. Exposed rafters under gable eaves. Wood shingles on upper story; lap siding on first story. Wood deck off rear of house. Concrete block foundation.

- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; Three story brick cross gable Queen Anne/Colonial revival house with wrap around porch supported by round columns on raised stone base. Palladian window in front gable surrounded by bands of fish scale and plain shingles. Remaining gables also adorned with shingles. Porch with handicap ramp attaches to one-story extension in northeast corner. Barn in rear of property.
