- South and east facades taken facing northwest; One and a half story, side gabled, Craftsman style house. Full width porch with enclosed south end. Square columns rest on solid balustrade. Break in the line of the roof in the front and rear. Porch roof has a second break in the roofline. Wide overhanging eaves with triangular knee bracing and exposed rafters. Full width dormer with two sets of ribbon windows. Most windows are three vertical lights over one. The remaining windows are six over six. Brick chimney on south facade. Cobblestone foundation.

Full width porch with fluted, round support columns resting on stone piers, and solid stone balustrade. One over one windows. Small square window in peak of gambrel. Shingle roof. Aluminum siding. Detached, one car, gable front garage with double swing out doors.
