Partial width porch has natural wood supports. Prominent exterior brick chimney on gable front. Door centered on wing flanked by tall windows, nine lights over nine. Multi-light double hung windows. The west facade has two kneehole windows on second story. A detached, modern, one car garage with a carport to west side of house.

- South and east facades. Facing northwest.; This gable front Folk Victorian house has a front porch which wraps around to the east facade and ends at a one story addition. The porch has tooled wooden supports and decorative trim which were probably added at a later date. The one-and-one-half story garage is attached to the house. Aluminum siding covers the first level and compostion shingle covers the second level. Asymmetrical fenestration on front facade.

- South and east facades taken facing northwest; Two story, cross gabled, vernacular, Queen Anne style house. Shingled returns on gables. Full width porch wraps around to entry door on east facade. Small peak on porch roof above entryway. Windows are one light over one. One story addition to west rear with an entry door. Concrete block foundation. One car, hipped roof garage with a clipped gable at rear.

- South and west facades. Facing northeast.; This two story end gable Greek Revival house sits on a stone foundation. Frieze band windows and shed roof entry porch with square supports on a raised base adorn the front facade. There is an early twentieth century one- and one-half story rear addition which has shed dormers on the south side of the roof. The sides are covered with aluminum. Detached garage.

Facing southeast.; This stately Second Empire house sits on the 300 block facing Michigan Avenue and is surrounded by a spacious fenced area landscaped with a variety of trees and shrubs. Its slate mansard roof has several dormers, with a tower fenestrated by round arch windows in the northeast corner. Brackets adorn the roofline, bay window, and porches on each facade. Stone foundation. Carriage barns in rear.

On the south side of the roof, there is a large shed roof dormer with door and window fenestration.The house is sided with aluminum.
