- One blueprint drawing entitled "Lounge, Str. [Steamer] 'City of Detroit'." The drawing shows the men's smoking lounge (known as the Gothic Room) and periodical stand in the passenger steamship, SS City of Detroit III. The drawing was done at a scale of 1/2 inch= 1 foot. The title block in the lower right corner shows that it was prepared by "Louis O. Keil, Interior Designer, Detroit, Mich.," and was dated July 13, 1911. Several years after the ship was scrapped in 1956, the salvaged lounge was acquired by the City of Detroit and was reassembled in the Dossin Great Lakes Museum.

- One blueprint drawing showing a survey for the "River Rouge Improvement Co." The drawing shows a boundary survey for an 8.64-acre land parcel that was part of Private Claims 226 and 496. The parcel abuts a Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way and the River Rouge Short Cut Canal. The drawing was prepared by "Herbert L. Russell, Civil and Consulting Engineer" at a scale of 1 inch = 150 feet and was dated December 4, 1912.

- One sepia copy of a drawing entitled "Str. [Steamer] No. ---, Gallery Deck, Joiner Plan." The copy is printed on vellum paper and shows a plan view of the Gallery Deck of the 4-smokestack passenger steamship, SS Seeandbee, of the Cleveland & Buffalo Transit Company. The title block in the lower right corner indicates that the drawing was prepared by the American Ship Building Company at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated October 27, 1922. The drawing is shown as "No. 29." The SS Seeandbee was converted into the aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Wolverine in 1942.

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Plan of Gallery - Deck, Str. City of Cleveland, No. 71." The drawing shows a plan view of the interior layout of one of the decks of the proposed steamship. The title block at the top center area of the sheet shows that the plan was prepared by the Detroit Dry Dock Company at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated August, 1885. (The ship was later renamed. It was the SS City of St. Ignace from 1907 to 1927 and was the SS Keystone from 1927 to 1932.)
