- Postcard. Color postcard entitled, "Soldiers Monument, City Hall, and Dime Bank Building, Detroit, Mich." The postcard shows an elevated view of Campus Martius and Woodward Avenue in the foreground with the Old City Hall and other downtown buildings in the background. Fort Street can be seen on the left side of the Old City Hall and a small corner of Michigan Avenue can be seen to the right. Beneath the picture, there is a colored pennant along with the words "We Are All Well at Detroit; Trust You Are the Same." The date of the postcard is based upon the postmark date.

- Black and white photographic print depicting a row of storefronts along Woodward Avenue. A store offering sewing machines; Fisher, Baker, and Company Carriage and Furnishing Goods; Wamsley A. Ford Wholesale Millinery House; W. and R. Millar Wholesale Grocers; J. Welz; Canfield and Brother, the T Store; Field, Wallace, and Company; and the Tea Warehouse. A sign advertising saws is also visible on the sidewalk. Two horse-drawn wagons are stopped along the road. Image is printed on thick cardstock. "Woodward Ave." and "c.1870s" handwritten on verso.

The elevated view looks northward along Woodward Avenue with the Old City Hall and Majestic Building on the left side of the image and Campus Martius and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument to the right. Pedestrians, streetcars, and several horse-drawn carriages are also visible. The Detroit Opera House and Wonderland Vaudeville can be seen in the right background. Handwritten text in the upper right corner shows "6/15/6 - Spent the day here and have been all over the place and Belle Isle Park. It all suits me so will go and leave it. Start again tonight 6:10. B." The date of the postcard is based upon the postmark date.

- Print containing six engravings, taken from the booklet, Souvenir of Detroit & Exposition, depicting locations in Detroit, spread across two leafs. The long image at the top right is a scene, captioned, "Detroit harbor showing water front of city and character of shipping." Several dock workers move bags and barrels at the bottom, while in the background, sailing ships and steamships travel along the river. Below, another long panel depicts a north-facing view of Woodward Avenue, extending from Campus Martius. Shops on the corner of Michigan Avenue, and Woodward Avenue, including Hudson and Symington are depicted. The Opera House is also pictured, housing J.L. Hudson's. An optician, Hull Brothers Family Groceries, and Chas. A. Werner Glassware are depicted as well. Several moonlight towers are visible in the distance. Harper Hospital is in the topmost of the three panels, arranged vertically on the far right. Below are the police headquarters at Bates Street and Farmer Street and the house of correction at the present site of Eastern Market.

- Print. Black and white print of The J.L. Hudson Clothier. The building façade features a series of windows, including those at street level with large window displays. Pedestrians and carriages are visible on the street and sidewalk. Signage affixed to the building façade reads, "J.L. Hudson Clothier. Men's and Boy's Clothing, Boots & Shoes for Everybody, Fine Merchant Tailoring ~ Hats Caps and Men's Furnishings, J.L. Hudson. Clothier." Hand-written on the verso, "Hudson's in 1887 - On Woodward Ave where Sanders is Now Located."

- One sheet, mounted on paper, from the Michigan Volksblatt from 1903, featuring a halftone print of the "Majestic - Gebaude (Das herz von Detroit.)," or the "Majestic Building (the heart of Detroit.)." The image shows the Majestic Building with a view to the southeast. The building is topped with a drawn on flag reading "Majestic." Many pedestrians can be seen walking along the sidewalks and roads, which include Woodward Avenue to the right and Michigan Avenue to the left. Also visible are trolley cars marked with destinations such as "Trumbull" and "Third." Signs visible on store fronts include "Sparling's" and "Siegel's."

- This cyan halftone picture was cut from a page and shows a view of policemen on parade along the east side of Woodward Avenue. Grand Circus Park and the Central United Methodist Church can be seen in the left background. Business names that are visible include: J. F. Hartz, E. F. & W. E. Metzger, and A. A. Gray. A handwritten note at the bottom of the cutout shows "Grand Circus Park, East side Woodward Ave." along with the date, "Jany. 1st 1901."

Adjoining was Baron & McBean, mantels, grates and tiles. A.T. Knowlson's next. Also pictured are the storefronts for C.M. Hayes and Company, Photographers, and Jewel Gas Ranges and Gas Heaters. A horse-drawn sleigh and a horse carriage are in the street.
