- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 244) consists of red and black ink on vellum paper and shows a front elevation view and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 1-story office building for the Grosse Pointe Shores Realty Company. Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of six sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect."

- Color postcard depicting the floral clock in Water Works Park, with a smokestack in the background. Printed on verso: Floral Clock, Water Works Park. The 72-acre plot of ground on Jefferson Avenue, owned by the city and partially occupied by its waterworks pumping station has been made one of Detroit's beauty spots. The water supply is pumped through a long tunnel from Lake St. Clair to the distributing point. The park is remarkable for its big floral clock and the memorial at the entrance. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 11, 1908.

- One article entitled "Specifications for Hot Water Storage Tank, Storage and Service Stock Building, Clark Avenue - Cadillac Plant, Detroit, Michigan, General Motors Corporation." The article consists of 2 pages that of typewritten specifications (carbon copy) for the installation of a hot water storage tank at the Clark Avenue Cadillac automotive assembly plant in Detroit. A black ink stamp on the back of each page shows "Received Oct. 22, 1919, Dupont Eng. Co., Cadillac Plant, Detroit." The pages are bound with one metal staple at the upper left corner.

- Blurry black and white photo of a northbound Detroit United Railway Woodward Avenue streetcar approaching, taken from the center of Woodward, north of Forest Avenue, facing south. The car has a sign on its eclipse fender however it is illegible. Horse-drawn wagons and carriages, as well as pedestrians are also in the street. The DeHoney Dance Academy stands on the right in the background. Woodward is paved with bricks.
